Help Desk Stats

It's Neck and Neck!!


Hiya everyone!
Just thought I'd give a shout out from the Help Desk to let you guys know how things are going. It's been a super amazing week for Bug Reports and General Help. To give you an idea of how awesome these sections are doing Bug Reports has a total of 88 outstanding tickets (includes new, open, and pending tickets) and General Help has 260 outstanding tickets. Please remember that these two sections are handled exclusively by myself, $Ikue, and $Thunderstatement

In addition to that awesomeness, while checking on our stats I found out we've got some close numbers going on for top solved tickets for the week! at one point the three of us were sitting at 260 solved tickets a piece!



A few others are pretty close as well :w00t:

$dxd with 252 solved
$Thunderstatement with 246 solved

We are all working hard in the Help Desk! :highfive:

Wow, that's fantastic! As a former Director of a support center, I can attest that these numbers are not only outstanding, but considering the number of staff you have to handle the number of requests that come in, they are incredibly dedicated and hard-working! Great work everyone, I certainly appreciate everyone's efforts and keep up the awesome work! =D

Taryn your comment has made my day!:D Everyone in the HD no matter the department works extremely hard. Each department has a unique workload some areas are more heavily backlogged than others. We strive to make sure that everyone is handled as quickly as possible and we have taken several measures in order to prevent heavy backlogs from occurring in the future. We hope that once all areas are all caught up that our response times will be better than ever :excited:

Aw, I'm glad I could brighten it a little! I know from experience that support centers get the worst that people can throw at it, never taking into account how much good that the people can do. So whenever I get the chance, I try to throw in a good word for the dA teams, especially when people are ranting about something, because hardly anyone thinks about all the hard work you guys do. Keep it up, and I'll keep up the good PR for you whenever I see the opportunity! =D
