I just wanted to remind you all that as with previous version and big feature launches we would like to ask everyone to take the time to immerse themselves into the new version before submitting any Help Desk tickets. We would recommend not submitting any tickets concerning the new version until 24-48 hours after the launch.
I'd also like to mention that responses to Help Desk tickets will experience some longer than normal delays due to an increase in tickets. We are diligently working on all the incoming tickets.
