| Every once and awhile the question this question comes up. EWM is the artistic name I haveused since around the start of 6th grade. EWM is the first intial of my first, middle, and last name. and it is simply said E W M as single letters. So why do I like my intials so much? Well if you take a closer look if you take E and rotate it to the left 90 degrees it turns into a W. If you take W and flip it vertically you get M, so EWM is actually all the same letter. For the most part I sign everything EWM unless I am required to write my full name. |
Update - Answers to some questions
I've had a few questions concerning Zendesk and thought I'd answer some of those here! If anyone has any other questions please respond to the journal
The old Help Desk is still functioning however no new tickets are being sent to it. If you need to reply back to a ticket you are more than welcome to do so. The old tickets will not be ported over to the new system.
Yes! your responses will be sent to you via email this means you will need to go to your Edit Settings page and make sure your email address is up to date.
Also if you email us directly instead of using the Help Desk please make sure you use the email connected to your account to prevent any confusion. For instance if you emailed us through an email not linked to your account and then signed in to deviantART to check your tickets via our Support site it won't recognize that you sent in that ticket since the email is not connected to your account.
Please note that we are still experiencing heavy delay due to the Holiday Season.
Meet Zendesk
For those of you who sent in a ticket to the Help Desk over the weekend you were greeted by our Brand NEW ZENDESK ok ok not absolutely new we've had it since September but we were only using it with our Customer Service via email in order to to put it to the test and get to know it.
Needless to say we all became very attached to using Zendesk and quickly decided it was the perfect way to Help all of you deviants! Last Friday we made the final move and converted our previous Help Desk system over to Zendesk to what we call our Customer Service Central where all deviantART Customer Support happens in ONE location and not several different places.
So what does this mean for all of you who send in tickets? To everyone who has submitted a ticket before your experience will be similar but improved greatly! Alrighty! What's new!
The location for contacting the Help Desk is the same however our contact form has been improved and includes all areas you can receive assistance from. You can find the form for the Help Desk right here -> [link]
We also provide email support which you can find out more about this by going to the Customer Service Central main page.
You can now access ALL of your tickets submitted to our new Help Desk. This means you can access all your current tickets and respond to them as well as check information on old resolved tickets.
Once your ticket has been sent in you will receive an email notification to the email linked to your account stating we have received your ticket. Whenever we respond back to you, you will receive a new email and a notification in your message center.
You can respond back to us by either posting a reply at the very top of the email OR if you are logged in to your deviantART account you can go directly to the Customer Service Central page and click "Check your existing inquiries" to find the ticket you wish to respond to.
If you are no longer needing our assistance before we get a chance to respond back to you, you can also close your ticket by checking your existing inquiries as well.
----
Needless to say we are all very excited about this switch over to Zendesk and hope that everyone finds this new system a lot more user friendly and easy to use. If you have any questions or concerns to the change of the Help Desk over to using Zendesk please let us know by responding to this journal.

It takes a lot of imagination to be a good photographer. In photography, everything can be so ordinary, it takes a lot of looking before you learn to see the extraordinary.
