I went to the The Butterfly House located in Whitehouse Ohio last saturday. My goal was to get close up macros of the wings in order to create more Butterfly Flowers

flutterby wings are so pretty. At a fossil store at one of the malls here in Portland, they sell butterfly wing necklaces.. they're gorgeous.

they're real. Pieces of the wings are set into either circles or triangular frames and enclosed in glass and hung on a necklace. They are absolutely gorgeous! I'd show you a picture, but they don't have them on their website. [link] There's the website if you want to look around.

The colours are magnificant. Really awesome wing. I love butterfly's. They are truely beautiful and just a showcase of nature's wonderfulness. :D
