Hmm... im not good with Photoshop and all but to make the background higher you should ask

i know her for years and shes a good with photoshop so she can show you how. i tell her to help you if you want.

No worries no help needed

I've used photoshop for several years and also do raw editing as well. Actually with this particular image if the background was pure white Sami would be more lost in it so it's actually not a bad thing now that I think about it. Next time I'll make sure to iron the sheets.
