Jack o'lantern mushroom

Mom and I found these on our way home from campus. They are gathered around a large tree in the neighborhood park. There were several clusters of them ringing around the base of the tree. An interesting fact about these are they have the same chemical found in fireflies that make the gills of this fungus glow in low light sounds cool!
