And now for something completely different. Lately I've been in a creative mood doing all sorts of stuff. I've been wanting to draw but its been forever since I've drawn anything that I've been having a hard time getting back into it. I've always admired =mistressofspam's colored pencil drawings on black or colored backgrounds so I finally decided that I should use my black pad of paper for something.

I made the original sketch in my notebook for philosophy last semester and have always liked the design. I thought I'd tinker with it a bit more and make it more than just a small .5 in by 2.5 in sketchie. I need to doodle more in class...I am able to create more interesting designs this way

I have a few sketches of it in my philosophy notes and I've always wanted to do something more with it. I may turn it into a triptych but I'm not sure how I'll design the other two as of yet.
